 Packaging Solutions
The paper industry is dominated by various pallet sizes (depending on products - often more than 100 pallet sizes), where the most common sizes are ranging from 400 x 400 mm to 1600 x 1300 mm.
Depending on product type (copy paper or paper sheets), we recommend different packaging solutions/packaging technologies.
For paper sheets without top sheet we recommend shrink wrapping. Shrinking with film hoods provides the most flexible packaging and best product presentation. Furthermore, with this packaging solution it is possible to use up to 8 different film dimensions with automatic film change.
For copy paper and paper rolls we recommend the stretch hood technology. You have a stable packing with one layer of film all over, at the lowest costs. No use of energy = cold shrink. In the stretch hood machine it is also possible to use up to 8 different film sizes with automatic change.
Stretch Hood is:
- Wrapping with closed film hoods
- High capacities of 150+ loads an hour
- Optimum load stability due to both horizontal and vertical holding forces in the film
- Optimum product presentation due to the transparent film
- Dust- and waterproof packaging
- No use of heat
Shrink Wrapping is:
- Dust- and waterproof packaging
- Optimum bottom shrink ensuring optimum hold between pallet and load
- Shrinking comes in different machine types depending on the output requirements
