In 2007 Lachenmeier was acquired by ITW (Illinois Tool Works), USA. The combination of Lachenmeier know-how and experience in many markets and ITW’s presence in the North American, European and Asian markets has opened up for an even broader global presence. Lachenmeier now has a solid financial platform for improved and more equal partnership with our customers. We will be investing in our supply chain, service network and product development. Lachenmeier has become an independent business unit within ITW.
